My prepaid mobile number is 9892972705. On 16/03/2020 I have recharged by Rs 399 plan. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not successful. Then I contacted customer care. They assured me that amount will be refunded very soon (within 8 days). However nothing has happened since then.
