My concern is that I am recharging my prepaid to top-up the validity of Incoming and outgoing, But I am receiving messages that I have recharge with smart pack to continue my phone network. This is not fair or it’s not mentioned in terms & condition of prepaid sim policy. I had recharge my prepaid sim with Rupees 48.00 on 06/05/2019. transaction ID 631927288. the validity displays only 21.84. I want to know why the total amount reduced. After recharging of Rs 10 transaction ID 190508951918 Balance message is not showing.
