I recharged my airtel prepaid number for Rs 49 on 25th september 2020. The recharge was successful and a receipt was generated. But the recharge is not reflected in my airtel account and the outgoing services are not active. the amount has been debited from my bank account.Please help. Either refund the amount or recharge my account.
