Today through on-line i have recharged my prepaid and the amount has been detucted from my SBI bank account.On not receiving confirmation message from Airtel,i contacted the customer care number and informed the details of the recharge,but he informed that it was not done and if latter on get credited then it will be refunded. I argued that, as the recharge was done during the active period the question of refund should not be and the connection should continue without any interruption. He disconnected without proper reply. It’s harassment of a senior citizens and needs to be set right, so this complaint through you. Please take up the issue with the company and stop such type of disservice.
