Text of Complaint by RAM KEVAL VERMA:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that we had online purchased (prepaid ordered) the “Wizpad Tab V71 Tablet (8.9 inch, 3GB , 32GB, Wi-Fi + 4G Voice Calling), Sky Blue” 

product quantity was one number payment done online on 30.08.2020 but no order confirmation, no parcel tracking id and finally no product received till time, whereas the ordered was verified by Mrs. Geeta (+917290018631) and Mrs. Anu (+919654424766) over phone on 31.08.2020 afternoon from bookmytab staffs.

Now we are continue trying to communicate with e-mail and mobile phones but nobody responded over phone or mail.
