I’ve made a prepaid order of jio bharat phone on 07-08-2023, and got a message as it was dispatched on 12-08-2023, I was able to track it for few days, from a week onwards I was not able to track it and i was contacted through whatsApp many times and through email, but no proper response and not solved the issue
