Order id is NYK-6830310-4954160. The order was of Rs. 5080/-. I have ordered 02 belts and 01 shoes on 2.7.2022. I have received one belt and one pair of shoes on 7.7.2022 and one belt was never delivered but on the app it is showing 02 belts delivered and one pair of shoes undelivered . it was a technical glitch in their app. I talked to their customer care executive on 26.7.2022, she told me that the complaint is registered and wait for 03 days. I haven’t got any reply or mail till the end of those 3 days. On 29.7.2022 I called again their customer care they told me to send the pictures of the delieverd products and their internal team is checking the problem. on 01.8.2022 i send the pictures of delieverd items and again requested them to solve the issue. they told me their internal is working and to wait for another 24 hours now same thing happened on 02.08.2022 and on 05.08.2022. Now they are saying we are too late to contact them.
