My order ID is NYK-115280244-0661457. It was a prepaid order. My order was not getting delivered to me hence I called on customer care support. I was assured that my order will be delivered to me on 1st August or on 2nd August but it didn’t happen. I checked the status on the Nykaa app then I was showed that my order was undelivered and there’s no refund for the same. Nykaa tempts us for the sale and when the sale is over they will not deliver the products to you. Now the same products are very highly priced and the freebies and the my birthday month gift was also not given to me. Some of the products are even out of stock. If they were not able to send the products then why did they took the order that too which was prepaid. They kept my money with them till the sale got over and then informed me that the stocks were sent back to the warehouse. Very disappointed with your service. Not going to shop from this app again.
