I have purchased Teclast T30 Andriod 9.0 4G Phone Call Tablet from Boxgig.com on 18th August,2020 and paid Rs.2499 through my debit Card, i received confirmation mail as well. but till now i have not heard anything from them irrespective of the mails i have sent.

I need your prompt intervention to receive my order or get my money back to my account
