Hi,
I had recharged my mom’s prepaid phone (number – 8116337053) with a package of Rs 598/- on the 12th of July (Transaction ID: 200712764722). This package seems to have a validity of 84 days. But since today morning (hardly 5 days) the mobile is out of network, barred with incoming and outgoing facilities.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
