Train 18519 VSKP to LTT. Food was ordered for secunderabad well in advance at 1000hrs ORDER NO. 92232185. amount was paid through gpay including tax. mail n text message was received that order is confirmed of veg dum Hyderabad biryani quantity 2 amt was 550rs.
Train arrived at 1250hrs and no update of food at the station, so I called vendor on the number provided on the confirmed order invoice, the vendor said will deliver the order, but eve after 10mins of wait train started moving and food was not delivered till that time. I again called the vendor to know the update he said not possible le ro deliver the food. This irresponsible and negligence behavior of the vendor Mr Husan B. As the order was prepaid he said he will reverse back the amount, but waht about the tax paid for the service not received, who will bear it and the inconvenience cause as their was no update on and about the food till I tryed to call the vendor.
