Have a normal prepaid connection
Every month consumption is hardly Rs. 100-200
Phone got stopped so paid Rs. 100 on 19th Jan,21.
Phone did not got started hence paid Rs.500 again on 19th Jan,21
Now today on 1st Feb,21, phone says zero balance
At 121, it says Rs 70000 pending!!
How is it possible in prepaid!
Something wrong is happening & no one comes on phone in customer care to resolve this
