I have a Airtel prepaid broadband. It is not working from last few days my whole working days has been wasted because of this. I have raised the complainant about this to customer support team but whenever I am calling them they are just saying that we’ll resolve it in 2hrs….4hrs…pike that response onpy they are giving. Please do something for it. I also asked to stop this service but they are not ready to give refund for that. If you can please help me out or tell me the way how to register complainant against them. Thank You!
