Text of Complaint by Pratik Panchal:

I have Prepaid plan of Airtel Co. of 1 year 2999. To take the benefit of Postpaid Reward, I have switched mistakenly Prepaid to Postpaid. Now 145 days plan was consumed, but 219 days are still remaining. Now they want to give only 300/- for Postpaid Bill instead of actual refund should be 1800/- approx. Please taking into consideration my complaint I should receive either by refund or by adjusted against Postpaid Plan.
