my prepaid card is unlimited calls for 56 days it’s validity date 18th Jan but my prepaid account has no balance. Why

i am having airtel consumer mobile number 9414103343 .I have done 84 days validity recharge on 09 jan but company has not activated my plane and till 12 jan company has deducted rs 500 from my main balance and copmnay customer care says that this is not our fault and not even replied by them .
called on customer care mr. Harikrishna on 09 jan replied same
