My prepaid plan for 1 year which i used 3.5 months has been cancelled by jio.
They say i have converted to postpaid.
But the leftover plan from prepaid must be carried forward or refunded.
They refuse to do it.
They were breaking the law and resulting to illegal activities.
The customer support team on 198 have rudely and senselessly spoken to me.
