They gave the offer to get 1 year and 2 year id for matrimonial services in 3500/- and 5000/- respectively, now we have paid 3500 +1500 =5000
, they told their id creation software is not taking the transaction id as I wanted the profile for 2years, I told ok then refund the amount, I m gonna send 5000/- at once, they told they will refund after getting 5000/- , like this is insane isn’t it? To get my refund I need to pay them?
Then they started to ignore calls and messages, and I asked them owner’s name, they told it’s not allowed! They are scammers
