This company is threating for money. They will case a file in court itseems if I don’t pay the amount… Please give me solutions
Company was called me for data entry job.. but had some queries ABT registration I messaged them but they didn’t response.. and today they msg me by their advocate that u have to pay penalty charges.. but they didn’t give me work after my queries they didn’t make a call me or msg me on whatsapp.. if they didn’t give me work then what kind of penalty nd if I not registered yet then what kind of case is this ????
Don’t worry and relax guys they are totally fraud and they can’t do anything with you don’t take stress . I had also get trapped in that and they say me similar as you that they can file case or other . They again call me after 7 that I have to come at Gujarat court but it’s their second trap trick to get money . My father’s friend is SP and I hand over the to them and the seen after that is very interesting that caller offers 10000 to us to don’ file any complaint against them ?.so don’t worry. And if you get such call or massage/ email file case against them immediately don’t wait for further problems.

Thanks a lot I also got the mail form them and I paid 6000still they want 32000 from me to pay and the they will give me NoC from Court I am feeling very stressed now. What can I do they will fire case on me I am threatened ????

Is any guys got a legal notice through hard copy… I’m also afraid about them.. I’m getting threatening calls and emails from them…if anyone got a notice pls tell and help me to recover from them..
