I am Srawan Kumar Naidu a resident from Hyderabad. I am facing an issue to purchase a JIO phone at your JIO stores in Hyderabad. I am seeing a pathetic service from your JIO Store and customer care team. Employees in the store don’t have the minimum knowledge of your services. From past 10 days, I am visiting your Store in Vijay Nagar Colony & other Reliance digital stores in Hyderabad – Just to purchase a phone which I have promised my wife to gift her before our wedding anniversary.
Below issues my issue: –
I have booked a JIO phone1 online in pre-booking offer 1 year 4 months back and paid Rs. 500 as a prebooking amount. Customer care team also confirmed that, I have this booking and it is ready to pick up for my mobile no 9177611042 at Vijay Nagar Colony, JIO Store Hyderabad – 10 days back, I have approached this store and informed the same.
- Firstly, your team in the store don’t know, what is prebooking of the JIOphone. Latter I have explained all the details of this prebooking and informed the same that I have already paid Rs. 500 and I want pickup the phone by paying Rs. 1000.
- They have checked for options in their mobile and informed me that, current their system does not allow to generate the OTP for prebooking phones. I need to contact Technical team.
- I have approached the technical team which is in Attapur, Hyderabad; your representatives did not even spoke to me directly. He has directed the security personal and asked me to contact reliance digital store.
- I have approached your reliance digital store in Attapur, Banjara hills, Panjagutta and JIO technical support team in Panjagutta office – but for no use. I am getting only one answer – system is not supporting to generate OTP.
- In this process, I am even contacting your customer care team, they say that my phone is ready to pickup at JIO store, I need to contact JIO store to get my phone.
- Customer care team are directing me to JIO Store – JIO store representatives are directing me to JIO technical team – JIO technical team has no answer to this. One of the JIO technical team office at Attapur has directed me to approach Reliance digital store.
- I have kept multiple emails to your support team – there I am getting only one response that my issue has been escalated to the higher authorities.
- The most funnies part in this entire scenario is, I have spent more than Rs. 1000 for my bike petrol expenses to move around these stores – but for no use.
This the pathetic service I am experiencing from your team – just to buy my JIO phone which I have promised to give to my wife on my wedding anniversary on 4th December. As of now, I did not get any resolution for my issue and I don’t know, when I will get a resolution on this. I see your services are becoming ordinary day by day. You have a good vision for the country, but these types of bad experiences are taking you are your company backwards. In my case, it can be the issue with only Rs. 500 (pre-booking amount), but I see many JIO customers are facing concerns with your immature team of representatives.
