Text of Complaint by Bhargavi:

Hi,i recharged for 379 for my mom’s airtel number. 1st time it showed transaction failed but the amount got deducted from my account. Once again i recharging for the same number but the later got recharged. Now its been more than 7 days i have not received my recharge refund.  Kindly help.
