I have filed Insurance Reimbursement for the expense incurred pre surgery tests, medicines, consultation for Critical Illness (Breast Cancer) this is related to standard procedure & tests done before surgery conducted by doctors. The same has been deducted (disallowed) by Insurance company on account of Non-Medical expenses without providing any proper reason. The same tests like PET Scan and MRI, 2D Scan which were conducted before initiating Chemotherapy and I have filed with my Corporate Policy which was allowed by the Insurance company but now the same test are disallowed on account of Non-Medical expenses is illogical and seems like have been deiberately disallowed with the melafide intention. I am attaching the list of expenses here, but as and when required I can submit Insurance Approval letter, Invoice copies, prescriptions, discharge summary and claim form with you.
