I have booked a JIO phone1 online in pre-booking offer and paid Rs. 500 as a prebooking amount. Customer care team also confirmed that, I have this booking and it is ready to pick up for my mobile no 9418050700 at Sarkaghat , JIO Store Sarkaghat – 10 days back, I have approached this store and informed the same. But refused for givinggthe phone kindly update where to get this phone pl update
