Good Morning
Last week on 13/06/2023 around 2pm i got a call from 7669830551/7766039431 asked me to apply personal loan which is pre approved on cibil score based.Without any income proof they asked me to submit only adhar card and pan card for processing . After that till today the application shoes under process and no response from anyone include customer support team also( last week i e-mailed to customer service also).
FIrstly , how come my application rejected without any enquiry ?
secondly , why you people put two enquiries into my cibil record?( in two days)
Thirdly, the person whom i am in contacting is varsha had chating on whatsup regarding my application , keeps telling only one word..under process until one week , after one week she replied my application rejected, without any reason,
So tell me now what is the reason , to blame me and my cibil score had affected without any reason .
I need proper reason otherwise i will contact with RBI for next step.
