I had bought Prayas jee 2024 Pen Drive Course.
Which is damaged as all videos are lagging continuously. I had complained about it 1 month ago also, and also many times.
But still no action has been taken.
I had to prepare for my JEE Examination and only few months are left.
Their support team are also not doing anything. I had complained many times and only receive an email of apology for the inconvenience caused, and then they close my issue by saying issue is resolved.
