R Sir/ Mam,
I want to complaint a file against a data entry company named PRA Technology which is situated at Santalpur, Gujarat according to their agreement. Firstly they said that we have to fill 1000 forms in 10 days. We have to achieve 90%. But in their first call named Sana(Employee) did not confirmed all terms and conditions clearly.And she said that after some time,you will receive a call for confirmation of agreement and you have to say Yes to all questions they ask and did not ask any query from them. And after doing work for first time(10 Days) they said that we also have to buy a correction software. They said we have to pay 7500/- for software then they will give me my salary otherwise not. And if I do not want to work then pay 5100/- for cancelling the agreement. I said them that you(Company) deduct the software price from my salary but they did not listen. My financial condition was not good so I asked help but they did not listen. They were like blackmailing me. And they were saying that they will take legal action against me and my family. And they were pressuring me(to pay them) by sending messages on WhatsApp. Then I think to search about this company. So I started searching on Google and I found many citizens complaining against this company. Then I think to write about this to government. Please take legal action against this company(PRA Technology). I will be highly obliged to you.
