Text of Complaint by Suraj Kumar:

On 19th December 2018 I recharged a Jio no. at 10:35 AM. It was success at Payzapp but never came on my Jio number.
When I reached to Jio support after taking Operator ID (BR000212E9ED), they said that JIO HAS NOT RECEIVED any recharge request and is clueless about this transaction.
I reached to Payzapp again and they again keep on saying that Payzapp has successfully done the recharge and go and talk to Jio.

Jio is continuously denying and have confirmed this in email also. Still Payzapp is not accepting its fault and not refunding my money of Rs.500. Please help me get the refund.
