Hello Sir/Madam
We have using Torrent Power as Electricity Provider.
Since Last 3 days, power cutoff without notified us to our area.
same thing happen in last week also and also at last year.
Due to this there are lot’s of issue we faced like TV IC fault, Fridge Compressor fault.
So who is Responsible for this cost ?
We Regularly paid Electricity Bill before due date, so why we faced power curt off issue regularly.
I understand that sometimes it is due to some technical issue, but we faced regularly faced power cutoff issue.
When we called Torrent Power customer support team, they told every time, our technical workers are on field to solve your issue and also support team not provide proper response.
my concern only is why we faced this issue regularly if technical worker worked?
can you please help us to solve this complaint?
