May i know why TSNPDCL services are very poor..In remoted areas we are facing lack of power cuts .i want to inform the current situation in my village …
My substation located in
Tekulapally ,badradi kothagudem(District’s)…they are cutting the power for every 15minutes in this corona crisis where we will go for coolness …i complainted to local AE but i didnt get solution from theire side and again they are saying use invetors …i have one dought if have keep invetors those amount why wr are paying to TSNPDCL ..what the Hell with Tsnpdcl service …every time iam hearing one silly answers from your employees due to heavy rains and thunders we breackdowing the power from villages.in this scenario in have one question for TSNPDCL
Why you guys used qualityless polls for supplying the power to villages …

Your representative always measuring approximate reading not actual shown in meter subsequently doing wrong billing. kindly see the enclosed Energy charges bill no-2043 / 08.11.2020,
Unit reading (PV) as on 08/10/2020 is 13480 units
Unit reading (PS) as on 08/11/2020 is also 13480 units but total unit calculated 293 units. we don’t know how is it possible?
Therefore, i requesting you to kindly clarify the calculation of energy charges about enclosed bill at the earliest and also calculate the actual unit of energy charges consumed on period from 08.10.2020 to 08.11.2020.
