Iam order sony power bank but he send old and not working power bank

I have ordered for 32000mAh power bank (SONY) with i7 Wire less head set @ ₹ 799/-. Instead, on 28.12.22 you have send an old local made power bank of 11200mAh and a wireless headset both are unserviceable & not working. If there is option to send pics,pl intimate. I’ll send you. Please take appropriate action to refund or send new product as given in ur add.
