Jio fiber service are not providing us appropriate service. They are postponing dates day after day. We have asked for shifting of jio fiber on 2-12-21 but today it is 11-12-21 and engineer didn’t came. When we called them they just said” we are sorry” and gave us new conformation date. Today when I asked I came to no that the complaint is not filed. Day after day they are giving us new dates and they don’t give us any information about why engineer didn’t come or what’s they matter. Their behavior is very disappointing. I hope that you look into this matter as soon as possible
