Sir I was using postpe for the past 4 months at the time of joining there are no qr charge but they have changed their policy from July it seems and charged me for 225 rs towards qr mode payment which was not informed now after the billing generation they were saying we have sent u message but I haven’t received any short of message and I asked them to provide me the data on which date they had sent these message then they changed and telling that they have provided the push notification which was also not received from my end please help me in this regard
