I’m traveling abroad and unable to login to the Postpe app to pay the bills.
I have been trying to reach customer service through multiple emails but for no response.
The only time they responded is that they will share IMPS payment details of the company but so far which is not sent to me.
I’m willing to clear all the dues, because of their non cooperation in providing the required alternative payment details it couldn’t be accomplished and now they are started to charge me penalty and credit score is been impacted.
