I have taken a loan from Postpe, which is powered by Bharatpe, and their financial lending partner is Innofin Solutions Pvt Ltd. I have been a loyal customer of Postpe for over a year and a half, consistently making payments as you can verify from my payment history. However, due to recent financial difficulties, I have encountered delays in making my payments for 15 days. Despite the lateness, I intend to settle all outstanding dues along with any applicable late fees every month. In the month of July, I took 15 days to settle the outstanding amount. Unfortunately, during this period of late payments, I have experienced highly inappropriate behavior from the Postpe collection agency. They have obtained my contact information and proceeded to contact my family members, engaging in vulgar and offensive conversations. Just for 15 days late payment. Calls were received from the mobile number 93197 27498, as well as multiple other numbers starting with 93197. I possess evidence to substantiate these claims. I want to emphasize that while I am indeed making payments late, I am committed to clearing all dues within 15 days, including the late fees. Using abusive language and contacting my family members for a mere 15 day delay in payment is unacceptable and, as per my understanding, not in accordance with RBI legal guidelines. If I am not paid for 3 or 6 months, it means you can take action that too involving my family members in this manner would still be unjustifiable and illegal. Just for 15 days late they are doing such a cheap tactic for regular customers is unacceptable. RBI never says to collect money like this. I wish to escalate this matter to RBI desk. Because they are saying that this agency does not belong to them and are closing my ticket. Thats why I am bringing this to your desk to sue this Postpe APP supported by Bharatpe and financed by Innofin Solution Pvt Ltd. Also planning to file a case against these goons. Postpe Must banned by government. I dont know how BharatPe is backing this Check Postpe App
