My self prasath airtel customer for past 10 years , i am recently facing issue on postpaid to prepaid change my nearest store is rs puram location coimbatore 641002 , employees are not polite as previous after 3 visit for postpaid to prepaid change but still it is not done and also ask the employee to apologize for her behavior NAME MRS. LAKSHMI
