I wanted to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, but Airtel has a rule , to do it only on billing date. I went to their office, it was some 4 days after my billing date. I was ready to pay the outstanding amount for same period, but still they were not ready to proceed and they asked to com next month of my billing date. I seriously don’t understand the purpose behind us, its really not customer friendly, i am really disappointed from it.
