i applied for my no 7063514170 from postpaid to prepaid on 06mar19. Till now there is no action taken against this. I have taken visit to Airtel office kharagpur, sai maruti complex on 6 mar19 to change my no from postpaid to prepaid and submit all my documents. They told me this will be done by 96 hrs. After that i continuously trying to call and telling my problems to Airtel customer service no. 121. Every time i was told this will br resolved by 24 hrs,2days,4 days respectively. But its been a month but problem still there and no solution given. In the mean while i spoke to many supervisor and floor supervisor named, Ahmed hussain, Shewta saroj sai and Arijit senapati. Everyone mentuioned the supervisor name gave me the same thing that the problem will be solved in 24 hrs everytime. Kindly help me out.
