Text of Complaint by Shikha MIshra:

My Brother Had a Postpaid airtel SIM from last 5 years at Banglore Address as he was working there, from last month the Sim’s Network lost automatically, i have made a complain to Jaipur Airtel Store, that My Brother is no more , kindly swap the SIM in the Name of My Mother and Issue a new SIM. They denied that it was not in their Circle, Than I contact to Banglore Store Manage thru Jaipur Airtel office, They asked me to share documents,i have shared. now they are demanding some family tree from Tahsildar which will take one month time, SIM is already not in use from last one month, now again they asked for going thru the procedure of One month for making family tree, i am paying for closed sim payment from last two cycle.
I really don’t understand what is the issue in re-issue another sim, why airtel Employee dont want to issue us sim.
Mr Syed Store Manage behave rudely that he can not suuport, i have to contact to Jaipur Office.

This is really very disappointing that no one can help to the customer on ground level, i feel that there is working heartless employees in airtel, they dont understand the feelings for another person, that we lost our loved one and now his all and every little things are how much precious to us.
i am trying to getting help from Airtel from last one month, but no one is helping.
This is my last hope, if this mail reached to higher authority of airtel, and they can help me.
