Shantanu dhar here….vi Mob no is 75012 23034..requested for prepaid to postpaid few days back online..Someone came to me and delivered the postpaid sim after docs verification..today morning , I found my prepaid connection is suspended, so inserted new postpaid sim. Its been a long time, sim is not getting activated tired of calling customer care, suggest me to visit Vi store..I m currently on the go by train.. how can I visit a store? So requesting you to activate SIM at the earliest, all the important calls are suspended
