I have Postpaid connection with Aitel from more than 5 years. Presently activated new plan of Rs. 799/- without my acceptancy. Activated this plan replacing Airtel plan of
Rs. 649/-.
According activated new plan of Rs 799/- intimated benefits of Free subscription of Amazon Prime for 1 year and other plans too.
As per activated new plan Amazon Prime Subscription not activated and spoke with Airtel call center executive and they informed that “already used this Amazon Prime subscription in earlier plan and now not eligible for this subscription for this mobile no”
I asked that you changed my existing plan to new plan then why do not you activate this subscription, but they were telling that sorry sir already used this subscription earlier.
I asked about that why did you change my existing plan of Rs. 649/- to 799/-, but they do not give any proper information
