My name is Sachin Hagawane (Mob: 8805011851). I bought the connection on 23rd Feb and had concerns about it.
When I bought the connection, at that time I was told that it would be a Corporate Plan of 249/- per month, though I did not receive any written confirmation even on my ask.
But the Airtel app shows the plan of 399/- per month. Hence I called the several times to customer care and the person who delivered me the SIM card at my home but no satisfactory answer from customer care and no response from that person.
Request you to look into it ASAP.
If I receive the bill as per 399/-, let me clear to you that I am not going to pay a single penny.
