I requested airtel 121 team to change my plan to 349 which will provide 40GB data and data add on connection with Rs 99 rental.
After plan change its showing only 5GB as plan data and the option is not available in app to add Data add on connection.
I sent email to provide both as they mentioned in plan sheet or to change back to 199 plan.
Nothing is happened, for their mistake why i have to pay 349+GST 18% for just 5GB data.
