Text of Complaint by Faroor Khan:

I have been using the airtel postpaid plan from two months, its a family plan, but without any intimation they have changed my plan. My plan bill amount was Rs.1349/- , which has been changed to Rs.1649/-. I have already lodged a complaint with airtel customer care and they are saying that the plan has been upgraded. How can they do any changes without informing me. I was told that I will get a call to address this complaint, but now it has been ore than 5 days there is no revert. I want to get this change rectified asap.
