Dear Concern, I have purchase a postpaid no 989090770 in 2013 and continue operated till may 2018 during the period i have timely paid all my bills, But due to some personal reason i have have port my airtel postpaid no to prepaid tata docomo from Shahdol MP.
All formalities has been done regarding port and the same has been port in Tata but suddenly my port no has been deactivated by airtel. On that time i approach to Tata in written, Tata has confirm me in written that the said no has been deactivated by airtel in written and the same thing airtel refuse to accept that no deactivated by airtel. After long airtel accepted that no has been deactivated by airtel and the same will activate by airtel. But till the time the said no is not activated I have also initiated mail to airtel but i am not receiving proper response. Due to deactive no i have also face problem during my journey and other things.
During the port by airtel executive two three time has confirm pending bill and i have also paid the same in timely. All thing in writting.
Requesting you to please intervene in this matter on urgent basis .
