I have a Airtel postpaid sim which have plan of 499+ taxes in which i got 75 gb data and currently i have 233 gb data but from last 15 days i am facing issue in using internet and calls even i have a 4g sim of airtel. I also complaint in your company through your mobile application but still its not resolved yet even after complaint lots of more issue i was facing. If i m unable to use your services then why company charging that much bill to me. If i m not getting the internet speed and company claim the fastest internet through different advertisement. If i m unable the internet with accurate speed then why they are charging me that bill.
