I visited the Airtel store to convert 5 mobile nos to prepaid and the store agent (Jinesh) told me they can only convert 2 mobile nos at one time. He converted my 1 no to prepaid (900477XXXX) but didn’t convert the other no. I got. To know about this only when I got the bill and messages for overdue balance when I inserted the Sim card in phone to recharge thinking my no is converted to prepaid. I complained in Airtel customer care and also wrote an email but I am still being asked to clear the bill which I m not liable to pay as a store agent didn’t move my no to prepaid
