Hi
I am using airtel postpaid no since last more than 1 year. While I went airtel gallery to convert it into prepaid, they always bluff me saying after paying all dues it will be done after 1 month. My bill is generated on each 27 of month with imposing late fine of 100 even if I pay on time. What I do now. Please help me. I have visited airtel gallery near Diamond garden chembur more than 10 times. Please help me.
