I’m currently staying in Singapore and using Postpaid international roaming enabled Airtel connection . My SIM stopped working on 15th March 2021 and i contacted the customer support on 17th Mar after trying different possibilities of check . After multiple follow ups for more than 10 days , Airtel has informed about me about an exception process . In that exception process , if i submit the below documents, then they mentioned that Blood relations in india can collect the SIM
Authorization letter in desired format (PFA)
· Self-attested photocopies of POI & POA (Aadhaar / voter id / driving license) of customer
· Copy of VISA(mandatory) & passport of customer
· Damaged/Faulty SIM Photo in case of SIM is damaged/faulty.
· POI of blood relative (Aadhaar / voter id / driving license)
I have submitted all the documents on April 5 , 2021 and Airtem team mentioned that the approval is in progress but till today (Apr 18 ) ,approvals are not obtained and still i’m unable to use my number . There are no proper replies from Airtel Team . Please note that i have paid the post paid payment on time even though SIM was not working .
Very worst service and no proper channels to escalate . SIM is very important for me .So please help to raise this concern with Airtel Team and help to get a Solution
