Hi team,
My registered postpaid Mobile number 9535239135
My postpaid plan is 399
My current this month bill is 1500
I have check the bill and it shows that I have made ISD call so bill for ISD call is given 900rs. I haven’t made any ISD calls but still it shows ISD call that too for 2 hours call duration.. Its completely not acceptable and i have raised tickets in airtel app they are closing tickets without any information.
I have sent email to customer care but there is no response.
M not able to connect on call n talk to customer care so please check and assist me on this.
