I converted my prepaid numbers to Airtel postpaid Family plan but after 3 months, i was not happy with the services. I requested customer care to convert it back to Prepaid, they asked to pay the remainder and they will do so. However, for the next 7 months, the customer care and Airtel store-Pune, both were not converting the plan. They just kept asking us to pay the bill with no resolution. After warning them for continuous 3 months, I stopped the payment. Post which the services were stopped but they kept sending the bill every month. The customer care is forcing to pay all of it without using the service or permanently disconnecting the same. Now, without my permission, they have activated the numbers again for more bill generation.
