Hi,
This is in regard with your service. I have chosen airtel xstream plan since February for which ur agents promised 3 postpaid connections, a landline connection with wifi and Airtel DTH. I am sorry to say but we are very unhappy with the service. It has been 4 months and still they haven’t added one postpaid number into the one airtel plan. Instead of making my father’s number(9742096933) as primary they have added some other funny nunber and then added mine and my father’s number for the same account. Now that the plan is sticked to two numbers my sisters number is not in the plan and she is facing huge issues with the same. Also we don’t get the bills which is a major problem and we r unable to pay it on time for which we are again charged. So basically we are paying for no service and still getting a penalty. And the agents who are responsible for this are least interested to take it into consideration and also do not even pick our calls. Even if the pick they have a rude behaviour for us. O don’t understand what is the reason for it but I am seriously ashamed of this. I am hereby attaching those agents numbers
